Family, friends, and fun. This is sort of a recovery week before I make the long strenuous journey back. The next few days may likely be sans images and bite-size posts. Today I was introduced to the show F is for Family. I find it entertaining and I will continue watching it (content not suitable for children, rating: TV-MA).
I still need to go through and curate the photo(s) I may want to purchase from the photographers yesterday. It looks like at least two of the sites use photoreflect to host/sell the photos. These photos are categorized (cruiser, sport, sport/tour, etc.) as well which helps narrow down the search. I hope they use (some) automation rather than a manual labor process for categorization. The amount of work people go through to obfuscate and/or break usability for software/websites can be an annoyance. Some other people are stubborn and life finds a way to work around artificial limitations for reasons.
It is okay it is not movie quality and it will do for now. One site unfortunately had the foresight to also watermark the thumbnail preview. The third site has incorrect timestamps. I wonder how the photographers choose their spots: is there an unofficial agreement in place, first come first serve, or roshambo?
